Prices
All prices are set in EUR
Delivery
During business hours, all purchased items will be shipped within two days after order placement and receiving payment. In case export permits are required, the time until shipment can only be determined individually. We will contact you as soon as possible in such a case. All deliveries will be made after receiving the full payment in advance.
Returns
You may withdraw from a purchase and return the subject items in their original state within 14 days after acquisition. All items have to be returned by postal service at the expense of the buyer and adequately insured. The buyer is liable for any damages due to insufficient packaging and insurance. Please consult with us before shipping anything to us.
Payment
The purchase price and invoices must be paid in Euro by bank transfer to the account of Ars Coin. Using other payment services such as PayPal and paying in other currencies such as USD may be agreed upon in writing.
Reservation of proprietary rights
All items remain the property of Ars Coin until full payment has been received.
Documents
All documents, especially the invoice, may be transferred electronically or on paper.
Warranty, liability and guarantee of authenticity
The description and classification of the items in our catalogues and online gallery are based on published findings or generally available information. They have been authored to the best of knowledge and conscience. For all purchased and delivered items, Ars Coin is granting a guarantee on authenticity, determined aged and provenance for an unlimited period of time. Well-reasoned returns will be investigated and confirmed within three months after receipt. The full purchase price will then be refunded for the returned items in their original state.
Jurisdiction
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Klagenfurt, Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms and conditions
